A Springtime engagement shoot at The Old Milking Parlour at Cavokay House

So it's no secret by now that I absolutely love The Old Milking Parlour at Cavokay House! If you're looking for a lovely DIY rustic venue that you can make your own, then I'd totally recommend getting in touch with Colin and Lou to take a look around and see what it has to offer, I love that It's such a blank canvas that you really can make your own and style it exactly how you want! And the woodlands are just beautiful for photos!

Sophie got in touch after Colin & Lou recommended me to her following me working with them for our purple styled shoot. I was so thrilled as I couldn't wait to shoot at The Old Milking Parlour again and we'd organised to do Sophie & Stephen's engagement shoot there during the Spring!

I love engagement and pre wedding shoots, they're so great to be able to get to know my couples ahead of their big day and chat about their plans. It sounds a bit odd as you think you would usually think the opposite, but I totally recommend an engagement or pre wedding shoot especially if either yourself or your partner are camera shy and/or worried about being on camera and having your photo taken on your wedding day, as it really does let you get a feel for my shooting style and realise that It's not as scary as it seems, so it helps to remove nerves about photos on the day!
